Secretary job in Doha Qatar


We are looking for a Secretary to join our team in Doha. The salary is 1800 QAR. We are open to considering applications from immigrants.

The successful applicant will be responsible for providing administrative and clerical support to the team. This will involve answering phone calls and emails, scheduling meetings, managing correspondence, filing documents and coordinating activities. The Secretary must be organized, efficient and able to multitask with ease.

The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills both in English and Arabic, strong interpersonal skills, an aptitude for problem-solving, a high level of accuracy and attention to detail as well as computer literacy. We do not require any specific work experience; however preference will be given to those with experience in a similar role.
