We are looking for an experienced Secretary for our office in Doha, Qatar with a salary of 1400. The ideal candidate needs to have a minimum of 3 years experience in the same role, as well as a graduate degree in Administration/Secretarial studies.
The Secretary will provide administrative support to executives, including but not limited to, scheduling meetings and appointments, organizing documents and files, handling communications on behalf of the executive, providing customer service, managing incoming calls and emails, preparing reports and presentations, maintaining databases and records of projects and tasks. The Secretary will also work closely with other staff members to ensure that all tasks are completed on time.
The successful candidate should be organized and detail-oriented with excellent multitasking skills. They should have excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to effectively interact with all levels of management. They should also possess excellent computer skills including experience with Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), e-mail software such as Outlook or Lotus Notes, and database programs. Additionally they must be able to work under pressure while remaining professional at all times.
