Job Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent experience
- At least 5 years of experience as a painter in residential/commercial settings
- Good color vision and the ability to distinguish between colors accurately
- Ability to take direction from supervisors and follow instructions accurately
- Valid driver’s license with reliable transportation to get to job sites
- Ability to lift/carry up to 50 lbs. of equipment/supplies when required


Job Responsibilities:
- Prepare walls, trim, ceilings, etc. for painting by filling holes, sanding uneven surfaces, taping off areas etc.
- Select paint colors using swatches or customer’s specifications
- Mix paint according to manufacturer’s directions - Apply primer/sealers on walls before painting them - Paint walls, trim, ceilings etc. using brushes, rollers or spray guns as required - Clean up after completing painting jobs and ensure no paint is left behind - Keep records of supplies purchased and used during painting jobs
