Executive Chef - Doha
We are looking for an experienced and talented Executive Chef to join our team in Doha. Requirements:
The ideal candidate will have at least 5 years' experience as an Executive Chef or similar role in a luxury hotel or restaurant. They must have outstanding management skills along with excellent cooking skills and knowledge of food safety regulations. They should be creative, have good decision-making skills, great organizational abilities, and strong communication skills.

Job Description:
The Executive Chef will be responsible for creating menus (including daily specials), training staff, ordering supplies, delegating tasks to kitchen staff members, monitoring food inventory levels, preparing meals, ensuring kitchen safety standards are met at all times, overseeing food preparation processes to ensure quality standards are met consistently, designing recipes for new dishes when necessary, developing strategies to reduce waste and improve customer satisfaction levels. The successful candidate must be able to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment while maintaining quality standards throughout all processes.
