Position: Accountant

Location: Al-Kuwait
Salary: 1200
Requirements:
We are looking for an experienced Accountant to join our team in Al-Kuwait. The ideal candidate should have a degree in Accounting or Finance and at least three years of experience in a similar role. A foreign candidate is also welcome to apply.

Responsibilities:
• Manage daily accounting tasks including invoicing, accounts receivable, accounts payable, payroll processing and budgeting.
• Prepare financial statements such as income statements, balance sheets and cash flow statements.
• Analyze financial data and recommend improvements to enhance financial performance.
• Monitor and review accounting and related system reports for accuracy and completeness.
• Develop and document business processes and accounting policies to maintain and strengthen internal controls.
• Establish periodic reconciliations of all accounts to ensure their accuracy.
• Monitor the company's accounting records for conformance with generally accepted accounting principles (GAAP) standards.
• Provide guidance on the implementation of new accounting standards or regulations as needed.

Skills & Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting/Finance or related field required • At least 3 years of experience in a similar role

• Knowledge of GAAP standards and best practices

• Excellent communication & problem-solving skills

• Proficiency with MS Office Suite (Excel, Word & PowerPoint)

• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
