Job Description:
We are looking for an experienced Accountant to join our team in Riyadh. This role reports to the Finance Manager and will be responsible for maintaining financial records, preparing financial statements and reports, performing calculations and reconciliations, taking care of accounts receivable/payable, managing budgets and ensuring timely payments of taxes and other dues.

The successful candidate should have excellent knowledge of accounting principles and regulations, as well as a keen eye for detail. They should also possess strong problem-solving skills to ensure accuracy in their work. The ideal candidate should be able to work independently as well as part of a team environment.

Responsibilities:
• Maintain accounting records by analyzing balances, preparing regular reports and reconciling entries
• Prepare financial statements by collecting, analyzing, summarizing account information
• Analyze financial information by compiling data from various sources to better understand business performance
• Ensure compliance with laws and regulations by filing returns or other documents with local authorities
• Manage accounts receivable/payable activities including invoicing customers, issuing payments on time and tracking expenses
• Create budgets and monitor spending against them while identifying areas for improvement
• Prepare payments by verifying documentation; ensuring all requirements are met before processing payments
• Support the Finance Manager with special projects when needed.

Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or relevant field required
• Proven experience as an Accountant or similar role preferred but not essential
• Excellent knowledge of accounting principles, regulations and procedures
• Strong problem-solving skills; ability to identify potential issues quickly
• Attention to detail with strong organizational skills
• Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word) as well as accounting software such as ERP systems We are open to considering applicants who are foreign immigrants from other countries. The salary offered is 1300 Saudi Riyals per month.
