Restaurant Manager (Dubai)
We are looking for a motivated and experienced Restaurant Manager to join our team in Dubai. The ideal candidate should have excellent organizational and multitasking skills, as well as strong leadership and customer service abilities. The successful candidate should also be ready to take full responsibility for the daily operations of the restaurant.
Job Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in hospitality management or a related field
• Proven experience as a restaurant manager or similar role
• Ability to work with minimal supervision and manage staff effectively
• Comprehensive understanding of food safety regulations
• Proficiency in English
• Willingness to consider a foreigner with legal working documents
• Salary: 1300 AED per month
Responsibilities:
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, food hygiene standards, licensing laws and other relevant legislation
• Recruit, train and supervise staff to ensure maximum efficiency
• Design innovative menus that meet customer needs while adhering to budgetary requirements
• Monitor stock levels, order supplies and manage inventories efficiently
• Analyze financial data such as sales figures, costs etc., compile reports and submit recommendations for improvements or corrective action based on analysis results
Job Duties:
• Oversee all daily operations in the restaurant, including managing staff scheduling, ordering supplies, handling customer inquiries/complaints etc.
• Monitor employee performance on a regular basis and provide feedback when needed
• Handle payroll matters ensuring accuracy and compliance with relevant laws/regulations
• Maximize profits by controlling costs within budget limits
• Promote the restaurant’s image by ensuring excellent customer service standards
