Restaurant Manager – Dubai

We are looking for an experienced Restaurant Manager to join our team and help us manage our restaurant in Dubai. The Restaurant Manager will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the restaurant, including staff supervision, customer relations, financial management and food preparation. The ideal candidate should have excellent organizational skills and a passion for providing exceptional service to guests.

Responsibilities:
• Oversee daily operations of the restaurant
• Develop strategies to increase customer loyalty
• Monitor food quality and presentation to ensure high standards are maintained
• Manage staff, including setting work schedules and assigning tasks
• Handle customer complaints professionally and provide solutions in a timely manner
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations

Requirements:
• Proven work experience as a Restaurant Manager or similar role
• Hands-on experience with restaurant management software (e.g. OpenTable)
• Excellent organizational skills with an ability to prioritize tasks
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate team members
• Ability to stay calm under pressure and handle customer complaints effectively

Salary: 1500 AED/month (plus other benefits). We are ready to consider foreigner applicants.
