Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced and knowledgeable Restaurant Manager to join our team in Dubai. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the restaurant, ensuring the highest standards of customer service and satisfaction are met. In addition to managing staff and resources, the Restaurant Manager will be responsible for setting up marketing campaigns, developing menus, and creating promotions to drive sales.

Job Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience
• Proven experience as a restaurant manager or relevant role
• Excellent knowledge of customer service best practices
• Working knowledge of food safety regulations
• Ability to handle financial responsibility such as managing budgets and controlling costs
• Proficient in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
• Ability to work independently or collaborate with others in a team environment
• Excellent organizational skills with strong attention to detail
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills in both English & Arabic
• Highly organized with effective time management skills
• Bilingual English & Arabic is preferred but not required
