Job Summary:
We are looking to hire a Restaurant Manager for a reputable restaurant in Dubai. The ideal candidate should have excellent managerial and organizational skills as well as a strong customer service orientation. This position is for someone who is willing to work long hours in a fast-paced environment and handle the daily tasks of running the restaurant. The salary is 1800 per month and we are willing to consider foreign applicants.

Job Responsibilities:
The Restaurant Manager will be responsible for overseeing all day-to-day operations at the restaurant. This includes hiring and training new staff, managing budgets, controlling costs, ordering supplies, maintaining quality standards, ensuring food safety, resolving customer issues and complaints, developing menus and promotions, creating floor plans and seating arrangements, handling payroll duties and ensuring effective communication between staff members. Additionally, the Restaurant Manager should be proactive in providing excellent customer service and ensuring that all guests have an enjoyable dining experience.

Required Qualifications:
The ideal candidate should possess excellent organizational skills as well as excellent communication skills both written and verbal. We expect a minimum of 1 year prior experience in management or working in a restaurant setting; however we are willing to consider foreign applicants with minimal work experience. Additionally, knowledge of food safety guidelines is essential for this role as well as proficiency with basic computer programs such as Microsoft Office Suite or similar programs.
