Al-Kuwait is seeking an experienced and talented Executive Chef to lead our culinary team. The ideal candidate will be passionate about preparing and serving delicious meals with a keen eye for detail. This person must have extensive knowledge of international cuisines and a broad range of cooking techniques.

As the Executive Chef, you will be responsible for overseeing our entire kitchen operation, including menu development, recipe creation, ordering and inventory management. Additionally, you will be in charge of training and supervising cooks, sous chefs, line cooks, dishwashers and other kitchen staff. You will also ensure that all health and safety regulations are met in the kitchen at all times.

To succeed in this role, you should have excellent organizational skills and the ability to motivate your team to deliver their best work. Additionally, you should possess excellent communication skills with the ability to resolve conflicts quickly and efficiently. We are looking for someone with a strong background in managing financials within a restaurant setting who is able to create an efficient budgeting system while maintaining high quality standards of service.
