Cashier vacancy in Dubai UAE

Cashier - Suitable for Men - No English Required - Own Visa - Dubai, UAE

We are looking for a Cashier to join our team in Dubai, UAE. The ideal candidate should have at least one year of experience in cashiering, preferably from within the retail or hospitality industry. Preference will be given to male candidates who have their own visa and do not require English fluency.

Responsibilities include:
• Greet customers upon their arrival and provide them with excellent customer service
• Answer customers’ questions regarding products or services in a polite manner
• Scan items and accept payments by cash, credit cards and other payment methods
• Count the money in the cash register at the start and end of each shift
• Balance the till at the end of each shift and submit all paperwork related to sales
• Provide change and refunds according to company policy
• Resolve customer complaints in a professional manner
• Maintain a clean working environment by performing basic housekeeping duties such as sweeping, mopping floors, wiping shelves etc.
• Follow all safety regulations when handling cash and other financial transactions.
Qualifications:
• One year of experience as a Cashier in retail or hospitality industry preferred
• Basic understanding of math principles such as addition, subtraction and multiplication
• Good communication skills with an ability to create positive interactions with customers
• Ability to stand for extended periods of time
• Own visa preferred (not required)
