Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Sales Manager to join our team in Kuwait. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving sales growth and developing new business opportunities. This is a full-time position with a competitive salary of 1300 KD monthly. We are open to considering immigrants for this role.

Responsibilities
- Analyze market trends and create strategies to boost sales growth
- Monitor competitors’ activities and adjust strategies accordingly
- Identify potential customers and develop relationships with them to increase sales
- Develop relationships with existing customers to maximize profitability
- Prepare weekly/monthly/quarterly reports on sales activities and results

Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business or related field (preferred)
- 1+ years of experience in sales management or related field - Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal - Strong negotiation skills - Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) - Knowledge of CRM software (preferred)
