Job Summary
Barista - Doha, Qatar
We are looking for an experienced Barista to work in our café in Doha. The successful candidate will possess 1+ years of experience and will have a strong passion for delivering excellent customer service. The ideal candidate will be friendly, outgoing, organized and passionate about coffee. This position offers a salary of 1800 QAR per month.

Requirements:
• 1+ years’ experience as a barista or in related roles such as serving or bartending
• Knowledge of various coffee brewing techniques & recipes
• Ability to work well under pressure during peak times
• Excellent customer service skills – ability to engage customers in conversation and provide a positive and memorable experience every time they visit the café
• Knowledgeable about different types of beverages (coffee, tea, etc)

Duties:
• Take orders from customers & prepare drinks according to specified recipes
• Ensure that all drinks are prepared correctly & quickly
• Assist customers with their selections & provide recommendations as needed
• Take payments from customers & process transactions accurately & efficiently
• Maintain cleanliness in all areas of the cafe – including counters, tables & floors

• Monitor stock levels for all ingredients & supplies required for drinks preparation

• Keep up-to-date on new products or promotional offers available at the café
