Qualifications:
• Previous experience as a Barista or in a related role is preferred.
• Ability to provide excellent customer service in a fast-paced environment.
• Good interpersonal and communication skills.
• Knowledge of coffee brewing methods, latte art, and beverage preparation techniques.
• Good organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work flexible shifts with evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.

Job Description:
As a Barista at Al-Kuwait, you will be responsible for greeting customers, taking orders, preparing beverages according to customer specifications, operating espresso machines and other coffee equipment, ensuring quality control of all drinks served, cleaning the bar area after each shift, restocking supplies when needed, maintaining accurate records of sales transactions, handling cash payments from customers accurately while adhering to safety protocols at all times.
