We are looking for a passionate and creative Pastry Chef to join our growing team in El-Fujairah. The successful applicant will be an enthusiastic and talented individual who is able to work independently and as part of a team. They should have an excellent knowledge of baking techniques, recipes, ingredients and tools, as well as the ability to come up with new ideas for pastries, cakes, desserts and other sweet treats.

The Pastry Chef will be responsible for the preparation of desserts and other sweet dishes on a daily basis, including making cakes, cookies, pastries, mousses and ice cream. They will also be expected to prepare presentation pieces for special events such as weddings or corporate functions. In addition to this they will be required to maintain high standards of hygiene within the kitchen area as well as ensure that all ingredients used are of the highest quality.

The ideal candidate should have at least a basic understanding of food safety regulations and have excellent communication skills. We are willing to consider applicants with no prior experience in the field; however, a degree or diploma in baking/pastry arts would be beneficial. The successful candidate must also be able to work flexible hours when needed. For this position we are offering a salary of 1300 AED per month.
