Cashier (Experience Required, Malayalee Preferred, No English Required, UAE)
We are seeking an experienced Cashier to join our team in Musaffah, UAE. The ideal candidate will be a Malayalee with a minimum of 12 years of education and an understanding of cashiering practices. The Cashier will be responsible for handling transactions accurately and efficiently while providing excellent customer service.
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
• Greeting customers and responding to their inquiries in a professional manner
• Processing payments accurately and efficiently
• Counting change back to customers
• Balancing cash drawer at the end of each shift
• Stocking shelves with merchandise as needed
• Providing exceptional customer service experience by addressing customer complaints and questions promptly and professionally
• Maintaining a clean and safe work environment
• Following all safety procedures when handling cash and merchandise
• Adhering to all company policies and procedures.
Requirements:
• 12 years of education or equivalent experience required
• Malayalee preferred; no English required • Previous experience as a cashier preferred; training can be provided as needed. • Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously in a fast-paced environment • Must have good organizational skills, attention to detail, and strong interpersonal skills • Must be able to stand for long periods of time • Must have basic math skills • Must be willing to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays • Free visa and ticket provided; no accommodation offered.
