Job Title: Secretary
Location: Abu Dhabi, United Arab Emirates
Salary: 1000 AED per month
We are looking for an experienced Secretary to join our team in Abu Dhabi. This position will provide administrative support to the team and requires excellent organizational and communication skills.
Responsibilities:
• Manage daily office activities such as organizing files, preparing documents, scheduling meetings, and answering phone calls.
• Prepare reports on a weekly/monthly basis for management review.
• Provide necessary support to staff members including making travel arrangements, ordering supplies, and maintaining records.
• Coordinate with vendors and clients to ensure smooth operations of the organization.
• Greet customers and clients professionally and provide them with the necessary information.
• Answer customer queries promptly and professionally in order to build customer relationships and loyalty.
Requirements:
• Bachelor's Degree in Administration or related field preferred but not required.
• At least 5 years of experience working as a Secretary or similar role.
• Excellent communication skills in English (verbal and written). Knowledge of other languages such as Arabic is a plus.
• Proficient in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) or equivalent software programs.
