Job Summary:

We are looking for a Land Surveyor to join our team in Abu-Dhabi. The successful applicant will be responsible for carrying out surveys on land and buildings in order to obtain data used in the construction of buildings and other development projects. This is a full-time position with a salary of 1300 AED per month. We are prepared to consider an immigrant for this position.

Job Responsibilities:

• Undertaking land surveys in order to obtain data for use in the construction of buildings or other developments;
• Analysing survey results using mathematical techniques;
• Preparing survey reports containing any relevant findings;
• Working with clients when discussing survey results and outcomes;
• Ensuring that all safety regulations are followed correctly when conducting land surveys;
• Liaising with other professionals such as architects and engineers when necessary.

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree or higher qualification in civil engineering or surveying;
• Relevant experience working as a Land Surveyor; • Excellent communication skills;

• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team;

• Proficiency using surveying software such as Autodesk Civil 3D or Bentley MicroStation etc.;

• Knowledge of relevant safety regulations.
