Office manager job in Abu-Dhabi UAE
We are looking for an Office Manager to join our team in Abu-Dhabi. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing administrative support while ensuring the office runs smoothly and efficiently. The ideal candidate should have excellent organizational, communication, and multitasking skills, as well as the ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
We are offering a salary of 1300 AED per month for this role. We are also open to considering applications from immigrants who meet our criteria.
The responsibilities of the Office Manager include: overseeing daily office operations; managing and organizing office supplies; preparing documents; scheduling meetings; coordinating with other departments; providing customer service; creating reports; responding to emails and telephone inquiries in a timely manner; maintaining employee records; processing invoices, payments and expenses; and performing other duties as assigned.
The requirements for this role include: a high school diploma or equivalent; basic computer knowledge, including Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint); excellent organizational skills; excellent communication skills (verbal & written); attention to detail and accuracy in work product; strong interpersonal skills and an ability to interact effectively with all levels of staff; a minimum of 1 year previous experience in an office environment is preferred but not required.
