Position: Supervisor
Location: Abu Dhabi, UAE
Salary: 1600 AED/month
We are looking for an experienced Supervisor to join our team in Abu Dhabi, UAE. This is a great opportunity for someone who is passionate about hospitality and customer service. We are open to considering a foreigner for this role.

The Supervisor will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the business, including customer service, staff management, and ensuring the highest standards of quality are maintained. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, be able to work independently with minimal supervision, and have experience working in a similar role.

Key Responsibilities:
• Oversee staff performance and ensure high levels of customer service.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and best practices.
• Monitor employees’ timekeeping and attendance records.
• Manage any customer complaints or issues.
• Maintain a clean working environment.
• Monitor stock levels and order supplies as needed.
• Implement new processes and procedures as needed.
• Identify areas for improvement in operations and suggest solutions.

Qualifications & Requirements:
• Minimum 1 year of work experience in a supervisory role or related field is preferred but not required. • Excellent problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and strong organizational skills are essential. • Excellent communication skills (verbal & written). • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision • Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel)
