Job Title: HR Manager
Location: Abu-Dhabi, UAE
Salary: 1100 AED/Month

Job Summary
We are looking for a talented HR Manager to join our team in Abu-Dhabi. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing all human resources related activities and processes including recruitment, onboarding, compensation and benefits as well as employee engagement initiatives.

Responsibilities
• Oversee the full spectrum of human resource functions such as recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, training & development and compensation & benefits;
• Develop and maintain effective relationships with employees;
• Ensure policies and procedures are up to date and compliant with applicable laws;
• Implement best practices in Human Resource Management;
• Monitor performance appraisal system efficiently;
• Manage employee grievances and disciplinary matters in a timely manner;
• Participate in the development of employee career plans;
• Assist in the development of new business strategies.

Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or a related field;
• Minimum three years’ experience in Human Resource Management;
• Knowledge of applicable employment laws and regulations;
• Excellent communication skills both verbal and written;
• Ability to multitask, prioritize workloads and work under pressure;
• Willingness to embrace change and be open to new ideas.
