Job Summary

We are currently looking for an experienced Restaurant Manager to join our team in Abu-Dhabi. As the Restaurant Manager, you will be responsible for the day-to-day operations of the restaurant, including managing staff, overseeing food service operations and ensuring customer satisfaction. The ideal candidate for this position should have excellent leadership and communication skills, as well as a passion for providing excellent customer service. The salary for this role is 1200 per month. We are willing to consider foreign applicants with no experience.

Requirements

• At least two years of experience in a similar role
• Proven track record of successfully managing restaurant operations
• Experience in training and motivating staff
• Ability to work under pressure and maintain high standards
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to handle customer complaints professionally
• Ability to multitask and manage multiple priorities simultaneously
• Knowledge of local food trends and cuisine preferences
