Job Responsibilities:
• Ensure that all staff members are adhering to safety and hygiene standards
• Supervise day to day operations in the restaurant including scheduling shifts, overseeing staff performance and handling customer queries
• Oversee inventory management and ensure that food supplies are ordered on time
• Ensure that staff is properly trained on customer service standards
Qualifications:
• Proven experience as a Restaurant Manager or similar role in the hospitality industry
• Ability to lead others in a professional manner while setting an example of excellence for staff members to follow
• Excellent organizational and multi-tasking skills with attention to detail
