Job Description

We are looking for a Phlebotomist to join our team in Abu-Dhabi. The ideal candidate should have at least one year of experience in the field and a valid work permit for the UAE. We offer a salary of 900, and are open to considering foreign candidates.

Responsibilities:
• Collect and process blood samples from patients
• Perform venipuncture and capillary punctures safely and accurately
• Label and store samples correctly according to protocol
• Maintain patient confidentiality at all times
• Operate laboratory equipment as required
• Follow health and safety guidelines when collecting and processing samples
• Monitor inventory of supplies, reorder as needed

Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in Phlebotomy or equivalent experience/education/training preferred
• Minimum 1 year of experience in venipuncture/capillary puncture procedures required
• Working knowledge of laboratory equipment, techniques, safety protocols, medical terminology, clinical laboratory tests, and sample collection
• Ability to maintain accurate records and keep up with new technology
