Phlebotomist vacancy in Abu-Dhabi UAE


Job Description

We are looking for a Phlebotomist to join our team in Abu-Dhabi. The ideal candidate should have at least one year of experience in the field and a valid work permit for the UAE. We offer a salary of 900, and are open to considering foreign candidates.

Responsibilities:
β€’ Collect and process blood samples from patients
β€’ Perform venipuncture and capillary punctures safely and accurately
β€’ Label and store samples correctly according to protocol
β€’ Maintain patient confidentiality at all times
β€’ Operate laboratory equipment as required
β€’ Follow health and safety guidelines when collecting and processing samples
β€’ Monitor inventory of supplies, reorder as needed

Requirements:
β€’ Bachelor’s degree in Phlebotomy or equivalent experience/education/training preferred
β€’ Minimum 1 year of experience in venipuncture/capillary puncture procedures required
β€’ Working knowledge of laboratory equipment, techniques, safety protocols, medical terminology, clinical laboratory tests, and sample collection
β€’ Ability to maintain accurate records and keep up with new technology
