Job Description
We are looking for a Manager to join our team in Abu-Dhabi. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills. The salary is 1200 AED per month and we are willing to consider foreign applicants.

Responsibilities:
• Manage day-to-day operations of the organization
• Monitor the performance of staff and make necessary adjustments to achieve goals
• Develop strategies and plans for business growth
• Develop and implement policies and procedures that ensure compliance with applicable laws and regulations
• Manage financial resources, including budgets, accounts payable/receivable, payroll, taxes, etc.
• Prepare reports on financial performance and operational status
• Oversee recruitment efforts for new hires
• Identify areas of improvement in business processes
