We are looking for a highly motivated and proactive professional to join our team as a Recruiter in Abu-Dhabi. This promising role comes with a competitive salary of 1700 AED. We are open to considering foreigner candidates that meet the job requirements for the position.

As a Recruiter, you will be responsible for managing the recruitment process, from sourcing and screening candidates to interviewing and onboarding them. This includes writing job descriptions, advertising vacancies, screening CVs, conducting phone screens and interviews, running background checks and providing interim feedback on the recruitment process. You will also be responsible for developing strong relationships with prospective candidates and providing them with an excellent experience during the recruitment process.

The ideal candidate should have experience in recruiting roles within corporate environments. They should be highly organized and able to prioritize tasks effectively while possessing excellent communication skills both verbally and written in English as well as Arabic (if possible). They should also possess excellent interpersonal skills and have the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously within tight deadlines.
