We are looking for a reliable and experienced Sales Manager to join our team in Abu-Dhabi. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing sales strategies, managing customer relationships, and ensuring customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities:
• Develop strategic sales plans and objectives to increase company revenue
• Manage existing customer relationships and identify new opportunities
• Negotiate contracts and agreements with customers
• Monitor market trends and competitive activities
• Train, motivate, and evaluate the performance of sales staff
• Analyze data to make decisions on pricing, promotions, target markets, etc.
• Ensure proper customer service is provided at all times
• Create reports of sales activities for management review

Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field
• Proven work experience as a Sales Manager or similar role in a related industry
• Knowledge of market research techniques and analysis methods
• Excellent communication skills both verbal and written • Ability to motivate team members for better performance
