Primary Responsibilities:
• Ensure the proper functioning of CNC machines and equipment
• Monitor CNC machine performance during the manufacturing process
• Troubleshoot any issues with machines and take corrective action as required
• Maintain accurate records of production processes and results
• Assist in developing new CNC programs and processes as required

Qualifications:
• High school diploma or equivalent is required • Previous experience working in a similar role is preferred but not mandatory • Proficient with CNC programming languages such as G-code • Knowledge of safety standards and proper operating procedures • Excellent interpersonal communication skills • Ability to multitask and prioritize work efficiently

Required Skills:
• Proficient with various types of computer software such as CAD/CAM • Ability to read and understand technical drawings and instructions • Strong problem-solving abilities • Attention to detail & accuracy • Ability to work independently or as part of a team
