We are looking for a Construction Manager to join our team in Abu-Dhabi. This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated individual with a strong work ethic and the desire to build their career in the construction industry. The successful candidate will be given the chance to lead and manage all aspects of various construction projects, from planning and design through completion and post-project review.

The job involves overseeing all aspects of a building project, including budgeting, scheduling, resource allocation, quality control, safety management and communication with subcontractors. The successful candidate will be expected to work closely with architects, engineers and other professionals to ensure that projects are completed on time and within budget. They should also have excellent problem solving skills in order to resolve any issues that arise during the project.

The ideal candidate should possess excellent leadership skills and be able to motivate a team of workers towards completing tasks on time. They should also have strong organizational skills as well as excellent customer service skills. Previous experience in the construction industry is not essential but would be beneficial; however experience in project management or other similar roles could be advantageous.
