Job Summary
We are looking for an organized, detail-oriented secretary to join our team in Sharjah. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing administrative support to our staff and ensuring that daily operations run smoothly. This position has a salary of 1600 AED per month, with the potential for additional bonuses. We are open to considering applicants who are new to the country or without any prior experience.

Job Duties & Responsibilities
The successful candidate will be required to perform the following tasks:
-Greeting visitors and answering phone calls
-Managing diaries and making appointments
-Preparing documents such as letters, memos and reports
-Organizing meetings and events
-Maintaining filing systems
-Carrying out research tasks as requested by management
Qualifications & Skills Required
The ideal candidate should have excellent organizational skills as well as excellent interpersonal communication skills. A high school diploma is preferred but not essential; any other relevant qualifications will be considered an advantage. The successful applicant must also demonstrate proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel etc.).
