We are looking for a motivated and experienced Supervisor to join our team at Al-Kuwait.

The successful candidate should have a proven track record of leading teams in a fast-paced environment, strong problem-solving and organizational skills, and the ability to motivate others. A Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience is required.

As Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the department and ensuring that all tasks are completed accurately and timely. You will also be responsible for developing and implementing effective policies and procedures, monitoring performance, resolving conflicts, training staff, and managing budgets.

We offer a competitive salary of 1700 KD per month along with excellent benefits such as medical insurance, paid vacation time, and an employee discount program. This position is open to both Kuwaiti nationals as well as foreigners who are eligible to work in Kuwait.
