Supervisor, Al-Kuwait

We at Al-Kuwait are looking for a motivated and experienced Supervisor to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating the daily operations of the company, ensuring that all tasks are completed on time and to the highest standards. You will be in charge of supervising employees, delegating tasks, monitoring progress and providing guidance when necessary. You must be able to effectively communicate with staff members and other stakeholders to ensure that everyone is on the same page.

Requirements for the Candidate:
• Proven experience as a Supervisor in a similar organization
• Excellent organizational and leadership skills
• Good understanding of budgeting and financial management
• Ability to motivate staff and manage performance
• Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
• Ability to handle multiple tasks under pressure
• Problem-solving attitude
• Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration or related field preferred
