Construction Manager – Al-Kuwait
Job Summary
We are looking for a Construction Manager to join our team in Al-Kuwait. The ideal candidate should have experience in the construction industry, strong management skills, and the ability to oversee multiple projects at once. This position offers a salary of 1600 and we are open to considering a foreign applicant.

Job Duties
• Manage the construction process from start to finish while ensuring safety regulations are met
• Plan daily work schedules and assign tasks to appropriate personnel
• Monitor the progress of construction projects and adjust as needed
• Ensure that all materials are delivered on time and within budget
• Maintain quality control standards throughout project completion
• Follow up with subcontractors on project timelines and expectations
• Liaise with clients, architects, engineers, and other stakeholders throughout each project duration.

Qualifications
• Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering or similar field
• 5+ years of experience in construction management or similar field
• Knowledgeable in building codes and safety standards
• Excellent communication skills with strong attention to detail
• Ability to multitask and work under tight deadlines with minimal supervision.
