We are currently seeking an experienced Florist to join our team in Al-Kuwait. This position is open to both local and foreign candidates, with an attractive salary of 1400.

The ideal candidate should possess a high level of creativity in designing floral arrangements and have a passion for plants. Knowledge of various flora types, along with the ability to identify and select flowers for arrangements is essential. A minimum of three years experience in floristry is desirable.

The Florist's primary responsibility will be to create beautiful bouquets, flower arrangements and other decorative pieces for corporate and private events. He/She will also manage the upkeep of flowerbeds as required, including weeding, pruning and planting. The successful candidate will be expected to provide excellent customer service at all times; advising customers on appropriate flowers for their needs and helping them select the perfect arrangement for any occasion. He/She must ensure that all flowers are properly cared for throughout their lifetime, including watering them regularly as necessary.

The Florist should also be able to work closely with other members of the team, such as Gardeners or Nursery staff, in order to ensure that all plants are provided with the best possible care and attention they need. In addition, he/she must be able to work under tight deadlines while maintaining a high level of accuracy when dealing with customer orders.
