Job Title: Sales Manager

Salary: QAR 1000 per month

Job Description:
We are looking for an experienced Sales Manager to join our team in Doha, Qatar. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving sales growth, developing new business opportunities, and managing a team of sales representatives. The ideal candidate should have a proven track record of success in sales, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and the ability to think strategically.

Responsibilities:
• Develop and implement sales strategies to meet organizational objectives
• Monitor and analyze sales performance metrics and suggest improvements
• Establish and maintain relationships with customers to ensure customer satisfaction
• Negotiate contracts with key customers and suppliers
• Monitor market trends to identify new business opportunities
• Lead training sessions for sales staff on product knowledge and customer service skills
• Oversee daily operations of the sales team including assigning tasks, setting goals, monitoring progress, etc.

Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or equivalent field required
• Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar role preferably within the pharmaceutical industry
• Proven track record of meeting/exceeding sales targets
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask
