Executive Chef

We are looking for an experienced and creative Executive Chef to join our team at a 5-star hotel in Doha. The ideal candidate will be passionate about food, have a flair for innovation and have the ability to create exciting new dishes.

The role of the Executive Chef includes:
• Creating and developing menus for the restaurant, banqueting events and room service
• Working alongside other chefs to ensure high culinary standards
• Working within tight budgets and ensuring cost controls
• Ensuring health and safety regulations are followed
• Training, supervising, motivating and inspiring kitchen staff
• Ensuring quality control of all dishes that leave the kitchen
• Maintaining high levels of cleanliness in the kitchen

Requirements:
• 2+ years' recent experience in a 5-star hotel environment
• Understanding of food safety regulations and health & safety standards
• Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
• Ability to work both independently or as part of a team

Salary: We are offering an attractive salary package of 1400 per month. We are prepared to consider applications from immigrants.
