We are currently looking for a Teacher to join our team in Al-Kuwait. Job Responsibilities:
- Developing lesson plans for elementary and/or secondary students in accordance with the curriculum guidelines set by our school board.
- Preparing classroom materials, assessments, and setting up labs and other learning environments as needed.
- Facilitating student learning through interactive activities, lectures, group projects, field trips, and other activities.
- Assessing student progress through assessments such as tests, quizzes, homework assignments, etc.
- Maintaining a safe learning environment by monitoring class behavior and intervening when necessary.

Required Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s Degree in Education or relevant field from an accredited institution; Master’s Degree preferred.
• Proven experience teaching elementary or secondary students; experience teaching English as a Second Language (ESL) is desirable but not required. • Knowledge of current educational standards and best practices in instruction. • Strong organizational skills with the ability to plan lessons ahead of time and manage a busy classroom environment with multiple tasks at once. • Excellent communication skills with the ability to relate well to students from diverse backgrounds. • Native English speaker or equivalent fluency desired; knowledge of Arabic language is beneficial but not essential.
