Land surveyor job in Riyadh Saudi Arabia


We are looking for a Land Surveyor to join our team in Riyadh. The successful candidate should have at least 2 years of experience in the field and be ready to work under pressure, with tight deadlines.

The role requires excellent communication, interpersonal and problem-solving skills, as well as the ability to work independently. A strong knowledge of local regulations, land surveying techniques and surveying equipment is essential.

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
• Carrying out detailed land surveys using appropriate equipment and techniques
• Preparing technical reports on survey results
• Assisting with the calculation of property boundaries
• Providing support in the development of new projects
• Collating data from surveys and other sources
• Maintaining accurate records of survey activities
• Ensuring compliance with relevant legislation and standards.

Requirements:
• Bachelor’s Degree in Surveying or related field
• At least two years’ experience as a Land Surveyor or similar role
• Knowledge of local regulations, land surveying techniques and surveying equipment
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, problem-solving and organizational skills
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team

The salary on offer is 1600 per month. We are willing to consider applications from foreigners for this position.
