Job Summary:
The Surveyor will be responsible for performing land surveys to determine the boundaries of properties, boundary line agreements, and other measurements. They will also be responsible for researching public records, analyzing data from surveys, and preparing detailed reports.

Needs for the Candidate:
-Proficiency in land surveying principles and practices
-Strong knowledge of measurement software like AutoCAD & GPS systems
-Ability to read maps & legal descriptions accurately
-Excellent communication skills both verbal & written
-Strong analytical & problem solving skills
-Valid driver's license & reliable transportation
