Job Description:
We are looking for a Restaurant Manager in Dubai to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing and overseeing all aspects of restaurant operations, from staff management and customer service to budgeting and inventory control. The position will require the ability to motivate, lead, and develop a team of employees while maintaining exceptional customer service standards.

Candidate Needs:
The ideal candidate should have at least 2 years of experience in restaurant management and/or customer service roles. We are willing to consider an immigrant with the same qualifications. The successful candidate must have excellent verbal and written communication skills in English, strong problem-solving skills, good organizational skills, and the ability to multitask efficiently. Additionally, they must demonstrate excellent customer service abilities and be able to work well under pressure.
