Restaurant Manager - Dubai

We are looking for a motivated and experienced Restaurant Manager to join our team in Dubai. The successful candidate must have at least two years of experience in managing a restaurant.

Requirements:
• At least two years of restaurant management experience
• Ability to lead and motivate a team of staff
• Excellent organizational skills with an eye for detail
• Strong customer service skills
• Ability to work well under pressure
• Proven track record of achieving high levels of customer satisfaction
• Ability to work independently or as part of a team
• Flexibility with working hours/days including weekends and holidays
• Knowledgeable on food safety standards, health codes, and other regulations

Job Description:
• Manage the daily operations of the restaurant including staff, customer service, food preparation, order taking, cleaning, etc.
• Ensure the highest quality standards of food are maintained at all times
• Maintain effective communication between staff members to ensure smooth operations
• Train new staff members on company policies and procedures as well as proper customer service techniques.
• Ensure all restaurant staff adhere to health and safety regulations at all times.

Salary & Benefits:
The salary offered is 1300 AED per month with potential additional incentives based on performance. We will also consider applications from immigrants who meet the criteria outlined above. Benefits include medical insurance and paid vacation time.
