Job Summary:
We are looking for an experienced Restaurant Manager to join our team in Dubai. As a Restaurant Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth running of the restaurant and providing excellent customer service. You will be expected to lead a team and manage all operational aspects of the restaurant to ensure high standards of service and quality.

Demands for the Candidate:
• At least 3 years' experience working in a managerial role in a fine dining or casual dining restaurant is required.
• Excellent customer service skills and an ability to engage with customers in a friendly manner.
• Knowledge of food safety regulations, health & hygiene practices, and HACCP standards is essential.
• Strong leadership and people management skills with the ability to motivate and manage staff effectively.
• Strong financial acumen with an understanding of how to maximise profits while controlling costs.
• A creative approach to menu design, staff training, and promotional activities.
• Fluency in English is essential; proficiency in other languages is desirable but not required.
