Job Summary:
We are looking for a professional and experienced Restaurant Manager to join our team in Dubai. As the Restaurant Manager, you will be responsible for the day-to-day operations of the restaurant including staff management, customer service, and financial performance. You must have excellent leadership skills to lead our staff and ensure that customers receive the best possible experience.

Job Responsibilities:
• Manage all aspects of restaurant operations including hiring, training, and scheduling of staff
• Develop and implement operational policies and procedures
• Oversee customer service standards to ensure customer satisfaction
• Monitor financial performance of the restaurant including budgeting, cost control, pricing strategies, etc.
• Design promotional campaigns to increase sales
• Maintain cleanliness and safety standards at all times
• Respond promptly to customer complaints or inquiries
• Develop relationships with key suppliers/vendors
Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management or related field preferred
• 5+ years’ experience in a similar role in a high-volume restaurant/hotel setting
• Proven track record of success in developing innovative marketing campaigns to increase sales
• Excellent communication skills (verbal & written) with superior problem-solving skills and an aptitude for customer service excellence • Knowledge of restaurant industry trends & best practices
