Job Description:
We are looking for an experienced Barista to join our team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. The ideal candidate should have excellent customer service skills and knowledge of different brewing methods. As a Barista, you will be responsible for creating specialty coffee drinks and providing exceptional service to customers in our café.

The successful candidate should be friendly and passionate about coffee. They should possess a strong understanding of customer service principles and be able to work independently with minimal supervision. The Barista must also be willing to learn new techniques and maintain a positive attitude in all circumstances.

Responsibilities:
• Prepare coffee drinks according to customers’ orders
• Demonstrate a thorough knowledge of coffee and brewing methods
• Ensure that the café is stocked with the necessary supplies such as sugar, milk, coffee beans etc.
• Maintain cleanliness and orderliness in the café area at all times
• Take orders from customers accurately and promptly
• Provide excellent customer service by responding to customer inquiries promptly
• Ensure that all equipment is properly maintained and sanitized according to health standards

Qualifications:
• Previous experience as a Barista is preferred but not required
• Ability to read, write, and communicate in English (foreigners are accepted) • Knowledge of specialty coffee drinks such as cappuccinos, lattes etc. • Ability to work under pressure while maintaining a positive attitude • Ability to understand customer needs quickly and respond appropriately • Must possess excellent interpersonal communication skills
