Job Description:
We are looking for a creative and experienced Executive Chef to join our team in Riyadh. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the kitchen, providing excellent service and creating innovative dishes for our customers. The Executive Chef will be in charge of developing menus, ordering supplies, ensuring food quality and safety standards, and managing kitchen staff.

Demands for Candidate:
• At least 5 years of experience as a Head Chef or Executive Chef in a fine dining restaurant
• Demonstrated experience with creating delicious dishes that are both creative and innovative
• Proven track record of managing a kitchen staff, ensuring all staff are properly trained and motivated
• Expertise in ordering supplies to meet the needs of the restaurant
• Knowledge of food safety regulations and procedures
• Excellent problem-solving skills with experience dealing with customer complaints
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Excellent communication skills both verbal and written
• Fluency in English is preferred but not required
• Ready to consider a foreigner with no experience
