JOB VACANCY: TEACHER IN EL-AIN

Requirements/Demands for the Candidate:
• Bachelor’s degree in Education or related field
• 2+ years of experience in teaching
• Ability to design lesson plans and course materials
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Knowledge of modern teaching methods and techniques
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask
• Fluency in English language (additional language is a plus)
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team

Responsibilities:
• Prepare lesson plans and course materials according to curriculum standards.
• Assign tasks, evaluate student work, and provide feedback on progress.
• Maintain discipline in the classroom and ensure that all students are following classroom rules.
• Monitor student performance, provide guidance on learning techniques, and motivate students to reach their full potential.

Job Description:
The Teacher is responsible for preparing lesson plans, conducting lectures, engaging students in discussions, assigning tasks, evaluating student work, providing feedback on progress, maintaining discipline in the classroom, and monitoring student performance. The Teacher must be able to create a stimulating learning environment by utilizing various teaching methods while motivating students to reach their full potential.
