We are looking for an experienced and motivated Project Manager to join our team in Al-Kuwait. We offer a competitive salary of 1200. This position is open to both Kuwaiti citizens and foreigners.

The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the development of new projects from inception to completion, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget and with excellent quality standards. The Project Manager will work closely with clients, stakeholders and other teams throughout the project lifecycle.

The ideal candidate should possess excellent organizational skills, a strong technical understanding and the ability to collaborate effectively with clients and other teams. They should also have experience leading large-scale projects while working in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities include:
• Analyzing customer requirements and developing detailed project plans;
• Developing project tasks, assigning resources, setting deadlines and tracking progress;
• Monitoring the performance of team members against objectives;
• Troubleshooting any issues that arise during project development and managing changes in scope;
• Ensuring that projects are completed on time, within budget and with expected quality standards;
• Identifying opportunities for improvement in current processes;
• Preparing reports to inform stakeholders about project progress.

The successful candidate must possess strong leadership skills as well as excellent communication skills both written and verbal. A Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or similar field is preferred but not required. Experience with all aspects of project management is essential.
