As our Sous Chef, you will be responsible for overseeing kitchen activities and ensuring that all dishes are prepared with the highest level of quality. The primary duties of the Sous Chef include supervising other cooks, organizing staff shifts, planning menus, creating recipes, coordinating food purchasing activities, maintaining high standards of food production and presentation, as well as keeping up with current trends in cuisine. You should also be capable of managing a team of chefs efficiently while staying within budget constraints.

To qualify for this position, applicants must possess a diploma or degree from a culinary school or equivalent experience working in a professional kitchen environment. Preference will be given to candidates who have prior experience as a Sous Chef or Head Chef. The ideal candidate should also demonstrate good leadership abilities as well as excellent communication skills both verbally and written.
