Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
• Develops processes for the production of chemicals, plastics, drugs, foodstuffs, fuel additives etc.
• Designs laboratory apparatus and equipment used in research or production processes
• Monitors quality control throughout production process
• Carries out experiments related to process optimization or product development
• Conducts research into new technologies that can improve efficiency and safety
• Writes reports detailing research findings or product specifications

Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree in Chemical Engineering or related field
• At least 3 years’ experience in the field of chemical engineering
• Strong analytical skills and problem solving abilities
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English language
